Time to Pass it along
Family Back in the 1980s, the Wilson family planted their roots right here—purchasing this land and building it into a true family compound, block by block. David’s place was first back in '80, followed by Carolyn’s home, then Grandmother Ruby’s, and finally, Charles’ place. Together, we created decades of unforgettable memories: sun-drenched summer parties around the pool, cozy Christmases gathered by the fireplace, and standing side-by-side through every blizzard and tornado nature threw our way. As the years passed, life did what it always does—children grew up and charted their own paths, grandchildren scattered to follow their dreams, and the generations before us laid down their earthly burdens. Now, the story shifts, and we enter this meaningful "pass-along" chapter of our journey.
Neighbors As the old guard has transitioned, a vibrant new chapter is taking shape with our neighbors:
- Charles' place was acquired by an avid, hardworking gardener, who has transformed the yard into a total showstopper.
- The pool house has undergone a complete transformation. Purchased by a friendly young man with a vision, who he has completely elevated the space—a true testament to what a keen eye and a skilled paintbrush can achieve.
- Carolyn's home was passed down to her son. A quiet, kind neighbor who takes pride in a well maintained home and yard. He's always ready with a smile and a friendly waive.
We have one house and 7 acres, we could write your name here...
